TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION
1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions:
The “Har Slice Par Prize Contest” is a consumer promotion scheme (“Promotion”) sponsored and organized by BRITANNIA INDUSTRIES LIMITED(“Britannia”) and managed by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd.(Bigcity) (Agency)
Any customer participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively be referred as “Participants”.
(i) These terms and conditions apply to the Promotion and aspects thereof (“Terms & Conditions”).
(ii) By participating in the Promotion, the Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions which are available on britanniabreadcampaign.com (“Promotion Website”). The decisions of Britannia will be final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Successfully entering and registering for the Promotion and winning a prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
(iii) The Promotion is subject to all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations.
(iv) No request of rescheduling the dates or extension of the prize or replacement of the prize shall be entertained by Britannia.
2. Promotion Period:
(i) The Promotion Period will commence from 12:00:01 A.M on 20-05-2025 to 11.59:59 P.M on 18-07-2025 (“Promotion Period”).
(ii) Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received at the system of the Agency.
(iii) Entries coming outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the Promotion.
iv) Customers can participate/register once in a day during the campaign period.
3. Eligibility
(i) This Promotion will be open to every Indian citizen aged 18 or above residing in India,
(ii) Subject to other criteria and conditions stated in the terms of the Promotion, the Promotion will be open to all residents of India with the exception of employees of Britannia, their respective agents, distributors, retailers, and any other channel partner of Britannia, and their immediate family members.
(iii) The Promotion shall be valid only for the selected SKUs with specially marked packs i.e. Multigrain Bread, Breakfast Slice, Brown Bread, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Atta Bread, Milk Bread, Sweet Bread, Vitarich.
(iv) Non-promotional packs are also available in the market.
4. How to Participate
1. Scan the QR code as given on the promotion pack and the Customer will be directed to the website britanniabreadcampaign.com
2. Register by entering your Lot number, Name, Mobile number, and E-mail id, and proceed to submit post accepting Terms and Conditions.
3. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile on the website.
4. If selected as winner, you will receive an SMS with a reward code and weblink for redemption.
*Tamil Nadu participants will need to provide answer to the question during participation process.
5. Prize(s)
The Participants shall refer to the “Terms and Conditions of the Platform” as applicable to the Prize. (“Platform shall mean the entity offering the voucher”)
The Prize (Hereinafter may also be referred to as ‘voucher(s)’) will be revealed post successful registration on the promotional website britanniabreadcampaign.com only.
I. The voucher entitles you to stand a chance to win a prize of any one out of the following:
1. Cashback of Rs. 10
2. Swiggy voucher worth Rs. 100
3. Chaayos Voucher worth Rs. 300
4. Couple 5 Star Breakfast
5. International Trip (MMT Voucher)
i. Participants may be required to submit their details/documents as required by Britannia or Agency.
ii. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
iii. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
iv. A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, and per account during the Promotion period.
v. For International trip - Once the details of the Participants are verified, the prize will be shared to the Participant within 45 business days.
6. Winner Selection:
a. A draw through random computerized selection will be conducted during the Contest Period to select the winners for cashback, Swiggy voucher, Chaayos Voucher and 5 Star Breakfast for two, with exception to winners from Tamil Nadu.
b. All Tamil Nadu winners will be selected based on creativity and uniqueness of answer of the question submitted during participation process.
c. Prizes will be given subject to the Winner satisfying the verification process of BigCity.
d. The Winner shall be responsible to comply with the registration process, related formalities, and production of any /all such documents/information as may be required by the Company and the BigCity or authorities in connection with the Prize. The PAN card, Aadhar card, Passport, or Voters ID will be the documents based on which the verification will be done if necessary.
e. A Participant who has won a prize will not be eligible to win any other Prize during the Contest Period.
f. Britannia or It’s partner Agency will send reward code and weblink to redeem the reward. Winners need to complete the registration on the given weblink and follow the steps given in the aforesaid weblink to redeem.
7. Contacting Winners:
a. For Cashback/Swiggy Voucher/Chaayos Voucher/5 star breakfast for 2: BigCity will send reward code along with weblink to redeem the cashback.
b. For International Trip: BigCity will call the Winners on their mobile numbers they had provided while participating in the Contest for verification process. The call will be made 3 times in duration of 2 days. In case Winner fails to attend the call to confirm their verification, their entry will be forfeited.
c. Winners will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and to provide verification documents within 2 days of initial contact by Bigcity to be eligible for the Winner selection process. Winners will be required to share the verification documents as provided below:
Copy of the following being a valid Government issued ID proof and Address proof and PAN Card for identification, verification and TDS purposes only. Incase of non-submission of documents in the required timeline, Winner will be considered forfeited and no further queries/communication in this regard will be entertained.
d. No Prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the Contest is not factually correct.
e. In the event of death of a confirmed Winner, no nominees or heirs or any other person shall be eligible to the Prize and no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the confirmed Winner or any other person shall be entertained for receiving the Prize.
f. Prizes will be given subject to the Winner satisfying the verification process of Britannia Industries Limited.
g. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the Winner does not claim the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will automatically lapse and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unclaimed prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.

Britannia Industries Limited shall provide the prize on an "as-is basis" and without any warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort of the Prize, and Britannia Industries Limited and/or its associates, affiliates and/ or its management, directors, officers, agents, representatives shall not be responsible for or liable (including but not limited to the product and service liabilities) for deficiency and/ or defect of any product/service and/or the prize or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, in any manner whatsoever. If any Participant has any grievance with respect to the Prize, he/she may directly contact the manufacturer.
i. The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.
j. Britannia Industries Limited or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the Prize due to Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of Britannia Industries Limited/ its Agency, and under no circumstances, Britannia Industries Limited shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
k. Participant of the Contest who wins once during the Contest Period shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.
l. The winner generation for Mega Prizes will be done on the basis of Valid Unique mobile number.
8. Publicity
i. The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Britannia or Agency to cover the Promotion through various media including newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, point of sale materials, digital media etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest, or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
ii. Each Participant understands and agrees that their entries may be used by Britannia or Agency in relation to the Promotion. All the rights including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, copyrights, and all other allied, ancillary, and subsidiary rights in the entry/ies shall vest with Britannia absolutely for perpetuity, throughout the world.
The Agency will collect Participant’s personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested is not provided, Participant understands that the Participant would not be eligible to participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each Participant also agrees that Britannia or its affiliates may use this information or disclose it to other organizations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the participant. Participants' personal information may be disclosed to government authorities and names may be published on its website/platform.
iii. Withdrawal of consent: Participant may withdraw their consent to receive any information from Britannia and/or Bigcity at any time by mailing (their name, email address, and any other information that can be used to identify them) on the below given email-ids:

9. Intellectual Property
i. All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the promotional material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest solely and exclusively with Britannia at all times. Britannia or any person or entity permitted by Britannia shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.
ii. All material submitted in connection with the Promotion (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to Britannia upon submission and become the property of Britannia exclusively. Britannia may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Participants agree to give NOC to Britannia if required by Britannia for Copyright registration purposes.
General Terms & Conditions
1. The usage of the voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
2. Agency is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the Promotion Period.
3. This Promotion is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
4. Under this Promotion, the vouchers are being offered directly by the Agency (Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd). Britannia is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this voucher and the Prize(s) offered with this voucher.
5. Britannia or Agency reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion, and without any liability to the end customer.
6. A maximum of one (1) Prize can be claimed per mobile number, per email id during the promotion period.
7. Britannia and Agency shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the voucher.
8. Agency or Britannia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion and without any liability. In the event that a particular partner discontinues the prize, Agency reserves the right to offer the customer an alternative prize of equal value. This would complete our promotional obligations to you.
9. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Britannia and/or Agency, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Britannia/Agency reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
10. Agency is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Promotion.
11. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Agency and/or Britannia which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Agency or Britannia reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
12. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Britannia’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, Britannia reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If Britannia suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by a Participant, the Participant agrees to indemnify Britannia for those losses, damages, and costs.
13. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable/non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
14. Agency or Britannia shall have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable Promotional Period.
15. Agency or Britannia, its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured offers.
16. Britannia does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Agency or Platform. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the manufacturer of such a product or service.
17. Agency, its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
18. For any dispute arising with the Britannia, the courts of Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
19. For any dispute arising with the Platform concerning the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Platform, then the jurisdiction of the courts as mentioned in the terms and condition of the specific Platform will be applicable.

Terms & Conditions for Breakfast For 2 (Monday to Sunday)
1. This offer entitles you to One Free Breakfast for 2 (Monday to Sunday) at participating restaurants in select cities of India.
2. To avail of the offer, please present the booking confirmation e-voucher and SMS confirmation at the venue prior to making the order or on arrival.
3. The offer is valid across a select range of Breakfast buffet/set menu selections at select restaurants. Each venue may have a separate selection that falls under this offer. The customer is advised to call the restaurant in advance and check for details prior to usage.
4. This is an offer for up to a maximum of two people only and applicable only on the breakfast buffet/set menu. Side dishes and extras are not included.
7. Any additional courses, or beverages ordered must be paid in extra actual by the customers on clearing the bill at the restaurant.
8. This offer cannot be availed in conjunction with any other special offer.
9. The list of participating restaurants remains subject to change.
10. The voucher can be used only once per venue, per day over the validity period. Multiple vouchers cannot be clubbed together.
11. Beverages and other items ordered that do not form part of this offer will be charged at actual.
12. Offer valid only for dine-in customers and not valid on home delivery.
13. Participating venues are all contracted to participate in the offer and reserve the right to vary times and offer availability (e.g. Public Holidays).
14. Some participating venues have restricted timings on the availability of the offer.
Terms and Conditions – Cashback
1. This offer entitles the end user to cashback on their Bank Account Or UPI. The customer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the voucher/scratch card.
2. Any consumer purchasing a promotional product shall be eligible to receive a Voucher. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned in the Voucher (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).
3. By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
4. These Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
5. The customer will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account No, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.

10. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or Britannia Industries Limited be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honoured by the Payment Processing partner.
11. In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd exceed the value of the voucher as the case may be i.e. Rs. 10
12. Any disputes or differences in connection with the offer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bangalore.
13. The Payment Processing partner reserve the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The Payment Processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user's identity.

Terms & Conditions of Chaayos eGift Voucher
1. This is a Chaayos Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted at listed Chaayos Stores only. For outlet list please visit chaayos.com
2. The person who has the Chaayos GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV / GC for making payments before billing.
4. More than one GV / GC can be used in one bill.
5. This is not applicable on Chaayos Home Delivery.
6. This is a ONE time use GV / GC.
7. No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the GV / GC will be given.
8. Chaayos GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
9. Chaayos GV / GC can be clubbed with on-going promotions.
10. Chaayos GV / GC cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. Chaayos may add or delete any date on its sole discretion.
11. Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.

13. If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
14. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 300.
Terms and Conditions - Rs. 100 Swiggy Voucher
1. This offer entitles the end user Rs. 100 off on the Food Partner App (Swiggy) in India only. The Value will be mentioned on the voucher
2. This offer is available only on online payment option and not available on COD.
3. The discount is valid on sub total amount (i.e. only on the Food Value Amount), which excludes delivery (+packaging), restaurant charges and GST charges. Offer valid for all days of the week.
4. Any Order that customers place on the App is subject to product availability, Delivery capacity and acceptance by Partner and participating restaurant.
5. Discount is offered on minimum purchase and maximum of 1 transaction only on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the order will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end user.
6. A maximum of 1 code can be used per transaction.
7. If the value of the Order is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
